Staying in the conference hotel will provide you with the best workshop experience! You will be able to enjoy breakfast and evenings with the other attendees, maximizing networking opportunities and minimizing overheads, all in a comfortable setting.
Tariffs
Single and double rooms are available, and twin beds possible. We encourage attendees to share rooms when possible to optimize your costs. This is arranged by yourself.
Included with the room fare: rich breakfast buffet, free access to the hotel SPA & Fitness, free Parking, free wireless LAN, transfer to/from train station Davos Platz and the Davos Guest Card (free public transportation in Davos). Exclusive Visitor’s Tax of CHF 5.90 per person and night.
Single: CHF 190 per person and night
Double: CHF 145 per person and night (290 total)
Dates
A standard reservation, assuming local travel, should cover the 3 conference days, and therefore arrival Tuesday Sept 3 and departure Friday Sept 6. However, it is possible to reserve for different (extended) dates at the same price to accommodate your travel plans.
